AILV PVDF-VHP Shield cleanroom panels use a high-performance PVDF-coated metal face for facilities that require strong resistance to cleaning chemicals, disinfectants and demanding controlled-environment operating conditions. The system combines a durable finish with modular cleanroom wall and ceiling construction.

The PVDF finish is selected for clean spaces exposed to frequent sanitation or aggressive operating conditions. Compared with standard pre-painted finishes, the project-specific PVDF coating can provide enhanced chemical, stain and surface durability. The complete wall system is coordinated with sealed joints, doors, windows and cleanroom services.
| Product type | PVDF-coated modular cleanroom panel |
|---|---|
| Face material | PVDF-coated steel or project-specified coated metal |
| Coating system | PVDF finish over compatible primer and treated metal substrate |
| Core options | Rock wool, PIR/PUR, magnesium-based or specified core |
| Panel thickness | Project-specific; common cleanroom thicknesses available |
| Surface colour | Selected from available PVDF coating range |
| Applications | Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, laboratory, healthcare and chemical-sensitive controlled areas |
Final resistance depends on the coating system, exposure concentration, contact time and cleaning procedure. Provide the intended disinfectants or process chemicals so AILV can coordinate the appropriate surface specification for the project.
