AILV coordinates cleanroom panel interfaces with lighting, power, controls, earthing and other electrical services based on approved drawings.

Typical Scope
| Scope Item | Project Inputs | Responsibilities to Agree |
|---|---|---|
| Equipment and supply basis | Equipment electrical requirements, loads, operating arrangements and emergency or backup needs | Assign electrical design responsibility and confirm supply conditions, equipment interfaces and protection or earthing scope. |
| Layouts and panel interfaces | Lighting, distribution equipment, cable routes, openings and maintenance access | Coordinate wall and ceiling cut-outs, supports, sealing and access with approved layouts and the other trades. |
| Installation and handover | Cabling, testing, inspection and required handover records | Identify who supplies, connects and tests the electrical works; an enclosure drawing is not an electrical test certificate. |
Project Boundary
The final scope depends on the country, facility, user requirements and contracts. AILV confirms responsibilities, deliverables, documentation, testing and site support in the project proposal. No general web page should be read as a universal certification or guarantee of facility performance.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can cable penetrations be added after panel installation?
Changes need review against the approved electrical and enclosure drawings before fabrication or approved site cutting. Confirm positions, dimensions, required reinforcement and sealing with the responsible disciplines. See enclosure interface coordination.
Does panel supply include electrical cabling and testing?
Not by default. Electrical design, equipment, cabling, connection, inspection and handover responsibilities must be assigned separately in the agreed project package.
