Egypt Solid-Dosage Pharmaceutical Cleanroom Project | AILV

AILV supplied cleanroom panels, doors and windows and participated in installation and EPC delivery for a solid-dosage pharmaceutical project in Egypt. The site photographs show how the enclosure connects production rooms with circulation and service areas.

Project context

Solid-dosage facilities often bring dispensing, production and supporting rooms together in one building. Their enclosure package must be planned around room openings, access, equipment placement and the routes used by people and materials. Wall and ceiling panels are only one part of that work: door frames, observation areas and service penetrations affect the finished room boundary.

Enclosure and delivery scope

For this project, AILV’s scope covered cleanroom panels, doors, windows, installation and EPC work. The corridor photograph shows a continuous wall finish with door openings and protective rails. The weighing-room photograph shows panels meeting ceiling features and process equipment. These images document the built environment, not a claim about any particular panel grade or independently certified room performance.

What this project highlights

In an EPC setting, the enclosure layout needs to be coordinated with room functions and building services before openings and junction details are finalized. On a similar project, the useful starting documents are a room list, layout, door and glazing schedule, equipment positions and service-opening requirements. Project-specific specifications and acceptance records establish the actual performance criteria.
