A semiconductor equipment facility in Jiangsu called for close coordination between the room enclosure and technical services. AILV’s confirmed scope included cleanroom panels, doors, windows, installation and EPC delivery.
Location: Jiangsu, China
Industry: Semiconductor equipment manufacturing
AILV scope: Cleanroom panels, doors, windows, installation and EPC delivery
Project context
Electronics and semiconductor-related spaces may have dense overhead services and floor systems that must be considered alongside wall and ceiling construction. The project photographs capture the room during installation: panels are in place while floor protection and service work are still visible. That construction-stage context is useful because it shows why enclosure dimensions and service interfaces cannot be designed separately.
Enclosure and delivery scope
AILV supplied the panel, door and window package and participated in installation and EPC work. One image shows the panel-lined room before final fit-out. The second looks across overhead ceiling and service elements. These are project-progress photographs, not evidence of a completed commissioning state or a measured cleanliness class.

What this project highlights
For a similar facility, the early information package should include equipment footprints, service routes, ceiling loads and access requirements, room openings and the construction sequence. Those inputs allow panel modules and junctions to be checked against the services before manufacture and installation. Cleanliness or operational performance should be stated only from the applicable project specification and test reports.
For a comparable project, share the room functions, layout, panel requirements, door and window schedule, service openings and desired delivery scope. AILV can review the enclosure package and discuss installation or EPC responsibilities against the actual brief.
